In these very particular times of pandemic, the great traditional cultural events have been cancelled, the places of culture are barely reopening, and yet... It is indeed culture that has allowed us to hold on in this period of restrictions and of immobility. The exchange and dialogue, even if they were more virtual than we would like, have woven or strengthened links that really exist.
